Basic Bunch Etiquette


This class will provide knowledge on riding safely in a group, identifying dangerous riders, Communication with out speech, Riding in events: GVBR and ATB, riding in high winds and bad weather. Riding to work, riding at night and training by yourself. These are all key skills which must be learnt to avoid the painful lessons, which normally end up in the emergency room.

Basic Road Side Maintenance


(Most Popular Course 2005 and 2006)

This entails basic skill used on an emergency road side situation.

Learn : Changing a tyre in a hurry, adjusting brakes, buckled wheel, twisted handle bars and putting wheels in and out with out getting grease on you or damaging anything. Simple techniques you can do at home.

Intermediate/ Advanced Bike Maintenance.

Learn hands on to disassemble and reassemble your bike.

  • Learn how to grease head fittings
  • Break and join a chain
  • Adjust brakes and gears
  • Assess chain and tire wear
  • Replace a tube in under 1min,
  • Remove cluster and replace cables.

Bookings essentials Groups of 6 maximum, own work stand is preferred and some basic tools required.
